We are located in beautiful Owings Mills, Maryland which is northwest Baltimore County and is about 20 miles from the Pennsylvania line. We have been showing and breeding German Shepherds since 1998 and since that time we have bred 2 champions (2004 BIM Ch Denridge's Lord of the Rings, TC OFA & Ch Denridge's Rizing Starr, OFA), a Best In Maturity (Mid-Atlantic region), multiple futurity/ maturity class winners as well as a CDX/ CGC and multiple class winners from the German Shepherd Dog Club of America Nationals. All of this had been obtained within the first 6 to 7 years of our being in the breed.
Here at Denridge we place an emphasis on the "TOTAL DOG" when chosing our breeding partners for our upcoming litters. We feel that a combination of Health, Hips, Beauty, Intelligence, combined with a Sound Mind are important factors to keep in mind when determing to breed a litter. These are dogs that can either be your next champion, your obedience dog or your pet and best buddy/ bed warmer. When we do breed we are breeding for Quality not Quantiy and so when we do decide to breed a litter we are looking for our next Champion as well as we are also keeping the pet people in mind by breeding a dog that they can be proud to own..
The motto at Denridge is: "We would not want you to have a dog of ours that we ourselves would not want to own and be proud of ourselves."
